Moly-D Molybdenum Disilicide Mosi2 Heating Elements
Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating element is a resistance generate-heating component made from MoSi2 or the basic material. It is used in high temperature under the oxidizing atmosphere.

Moly-D U-shape Molybdenum Disilicide Mosi2 Heating Elements
Torch furnace mosi2 heating element has been manufacturing Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements since 1978. Specifically made for industrial and laboratory furnaces, the MoSi2 heating elements are a ceramic based resistant element that can produce furnace temperature to 1850C.

W Type Molybdenum disilicide MoSi2 heating elements
Available in Grade MD-31 in 3/6, 4/9, 6/12, 9/18 and 12/24 sizes. The multi-shank elements have advantages over two-shank elements in that the hot zones are longer, therefore fewer elements can be used and the cold end losses are reduced.
-
L bent MoSi2 heating elements
The cold ends (Lu) of the Moly-D Elements can be bent 30º, 45º or 90º. This permits the installation of more than one layer of elements on a wall of a furnace with a high chamber. Most are bent in the cold end (Lu) but they can also be bent in the hot section (Le).

Multi-shank molybdenum disilicide heating element
The Multi-shank MoSi2 heating elements are manufactured of high-density molybdenum disilicide. The four shank element must be supported therefore the maximum element temperature is 1800 deg C.
